Your own link and customer dashboard

We give each customer a dedicated link and dashboard access. Your product's NFC tag and QR code use this permanent link to open your latest details or chosen destination.

When your details change, sign in using the dashboard access provided to you. Edit the product's details or destination link and save. Then open your dedicated link and scan the product to check the result.

The address stored in NFC and the printed QR code stay the same. Changes happen in the content or destination behind the link, so you do not need to order a new product, reprogram the chip or reprint QR whenever your details change.

Update contact details on your digital card, point a menu stand to a new menu link, or change the links used by social media and WhatsApp products. Available fields depend on the product.

Changing a link to an external service in the dashboard does not change the account or content on that service. Google Business Profile details are managed through Google, for example, and a menu hosted elsewhere is managed on that service.

Printed logos, names and other physical design elements cannot be changed from the dashboard. Do not share dashboard login details with visitors; customers use the dedicated link stored in NFC and QR.
